Starting from Scratch
Building A Web Strategy from the Ground Up
E4C5 began working with Reach in November 2024, partnering directly with their newly appointed CMO, Morey. At the time, Reach's website ran on custom code that required involving the VP of Engineering for even minor updates, creating major bottlenecks and lengthy approval processes. This was a serious obstacle to the company's ambitious digital marketing goals, which centered on driving significantly more leads and pipeline from their web presence.
E4C5 came in as a web strategy partner and quickly proposed and executed a full-scale redesign, migrating Reach from the custom framework to Webflow while executing a complete visual overhaul.
How We Did it
New Website, Now What?
With the new platform in place, it made it much easier to increase publication velocity, and build out bottom-funnel pages like case studies and solutions sections. E4C5 also launched an SEO program targeting Reach's emerging cybersecurity category and a focused keyword list. The new webpage design brought the product value to the forefront, with interactive product tours, clickable screenshots, and more visually appealing UX.

Together, E4C5 and Reach built up the bottom funnel search terms, and core SEO visibility tripled month over month for twelve straight months, with Reach now holding fifteen first-page rankings across priority terms. Lead volume grew from roughly two per week to around 25 per week, and the engagement gave this young company a digital presence that punches well above its weight, contributing to award wins and earlier-than-expected funding conversations.
E4C5 has since deployed a chatbot to make customer communication simpler, and has built a consistent SEO/GEO plan that helps carry Reach further ahead in the rankings that they care about. Reach also began utilizing E4C5’s Paid Search programming, and have seen continued branded growth since.
